The aperitif menu "Green Juice" is made from fresh vegetables in juice form, and comes with a main dish, three side dishes, 18-grain rice, and pork soup. You can also choose between "Clay Pot Oboro Mamefu" cooked in a clay pot at your table, or "Vegetable Steamed" which makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients!
